The 2026 K2 Almanac is designed to tackle the entire resort thanks to inspiration from other K2 models like the Party Platter and Excavator, it’s purpose-built to be your daily driver and a high performance snowboard. Camber underfoot and raised tip/tail contact points offer energy-packed turns and smooth transitions while a sintered base, a snappy bamboo-aspen-poplar core, bi-axial fiberglass, and a carbon backbone give you all the response, pop, and speed you could ever need.

Board Type: All Mountain - Freeride
All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.
Freeride snowboards are built for steeper, off-piste terrain. These boards are ideal for aggressive riding and usually for more advanced riders.
Flex: Mid (5/10)
Offering a balanced blend of flexibility and stiffness, mid-flex boards are versatile and suitable for all-mountain riding. They provide enough responsiveness for carving while maintaining some forgiveness for playful or casual riding.
Ability Level: Intermediate - Advanced
Intermediate snowboards offer more responsiveness and stability at higher speeds, with a slightly stiffer flex for better control on varied terrain and more advanced manoeuvres.
Advanced snowboards are stiffer and more responsive, designed for high-speed control, precision riding, and handling challenging terrain or tricks.
Shape: Directional
A directional snowboard has a shape designed for riding primarily in one direction, with a longer nose and a shorter, more compact tail. This design provides better control, stability, and float in powder, making it ideal for freeride and all-mountain riding. It offers optimal performance when riding forward, with a focus on carving and downhill runs.
Camber Type: Twin Combination Camber

Twin Combination Camber combines the best of both traditional camber and rocker profiles, offering the pop and precision of camber along with the float and predictability of rocker, perfectly tailored to twin board shapes
Width: Standard, Volume Shifted
Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
By shifting surface area from the tip and tail to the waist of the snowboard, it reduces swing weight and toe/heel drag. Downsize 4-10 cm from your usual snowboard length.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts
These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.
Board Construction
Laminate: Biax Glass, Carbon Backbone
A fiberglass weave intersecting at 90º angles delivers the right balance of torsional flexibility and strength.
A pre-cambered carbon inlay, positioned between the inserts, is designed to enhance snap and pop on every ollie and takeoff.

Core: BAP Core
A tri-blend wood core combines the rebound, strength, and feel of sustainably sourced Bamboo, Aspen, and Paulownia wood species.
Base: Sintered 4000 Base
The Sintered 4000 base absorbs wax deeply into the material, ensuring continuous glide and exceptional durability.

HybridTech Construction - HybridTech is the lightest and most durable snowboard construction available. By eliminating excess sidewall material in the tip and tail and incorporating a 3D capped edge to strengthen the fiberglass bond while reducing swing weight, HybridTech delivers a revolutionary design. Boards spin faster, manoeuvre more easily, and outlast any others on the market.
