Board Type: All Mountain
All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.
Flex: 5/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Offering a balanced blend of flexibility and stiffness, mid-flex boards are versatile and suitable for all-mountain riding. They provide enough responsiveness for carving while maintaining some forgiveness for playful or casual riding.
Ability Level: Intermediate
Intermediate snowboards offer more responsiveness and stability at higher speeds, with a slightly stiffer flex for better control on varied terrain and more advanced manoeuvres.
Shape: Directional Twin
A directional twin snowboard has a symmetrical shape but with a slightly shifted stance, making it ideal for riders who want the versatility of a twin for freestyle, with the added stability of a directional design. It performs well both regular and switch but excels in one direction, offering improved control on varied terrain.
Camber Type: Medium Camber with 3BT and SideKick, Medium Nose Sidebase Uplift and Medium Tail Sidebase Uplift

Bataleon's camber profiles vary from low to high, each influencing the board’s overall feel and performance. High camber creates a more energetic and responsive ride, demanding an aggressive approach to fully harness its power and excel in precision, pop, and edge hold but require skill to control. Low camber provides a smoother, more forgiving experience, making turns effortless and enhancing float in powder, especially at lower speeds. While Medium camber is the perfect combination of both. No matter the level, all camber profiles extend from nose to tail. However, higher doesn’t always mean better—choosing the right camber depends on your riding style, skill level, and preferred terrain.

Every Bataleon snowboard is built on the seamless integration of Triple Base Technology (3BT) and positive camber—an advanced design that significantly reduces the risk of edge-catch while maintaining explosive ollie power and precise carving control. This foundation serves as the starting point, allowing them to adjust each element to perfectly complement the board’s intended riding style, ensuring optimal performance across all terrains and conditions.
SideKick takes the Triple Base concept to the next level by amplifying sidebase uplift just beyond the widest points of the nose and tail. This innovative design gives the tips a hull-like shape, dramatically enhancing float in deep snow while effortlessly slicing through rough, uneven terrain. By elevating the edges, it also improves turn initiation, making edge-to-edge transitions smoother, faster, and more controlled for a responsive and confidence-inspiring ride in all conditions.

Sidebase uplift in the nose of the snowboard varies from Low, Medium, and High and influences how the board performs edge to edge and how it floats in powder.
Sidebase uplift in the tail of the snowboard varies from Low, Medium, and High and influences how the board behaves while riding. It accentuates the 3BT within the board, making them even more versatile.
Width: Standard, Wide
Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
Wide boards are for those with large boot sizes and provide extra flotation, reduced drag, and never feel clunky or cumbersome underfoot.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts
These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.
Board Construction
Laminate: Bi-Ax, Carbon Stringers, D.S.T. SuperTubes
Bi-Axial fiberglass is lightweight, strong, and playful. This keeps the board responsive while still keeping it torsional stiff.
Additional carbon layups are strategically placed to fine-tune the flex, response, and overall feel of each board, ensuring optimal performance tailored to its design.
SuperTubes are lightweight, hollow carbon cylinders embedded directly into the core to enhance camber, reduce weight, and dramatically increase pop. Their strategic placement allows for precise tuning of a board’s performance. D.S.T., Dual SuperTubes are positioned on either side of the board and amplify pop and add extra snap to the camber, creating a more responsive and dynamic ride.
Core: Light Core
A 50/50 blend of Poplar and Paulownia creates a strong and lively core that is perfectly balanced for all mountain riding.
Sidewall: Flex Walls
By using Urethane sidewalls instead of standard ABS, you get a sidewall that bonds the sidewall to the core more effectively creating a more durable and damp construction.
Base: Hyper Glide S
The Hyper Glide S base is a standard sintered base that is fast and durable.
Additional Features:
By using two colour combinations for the base of the board, offcuts are used to reduce waste and create unique colour combinations.
Plus 2 Backseat Inserts are a set of extra inserts positioned 4cm behind the standard bottom inserts. This adjustment lets you move your bindings further back, which is ideal for maintaining float in deep powder days. Shifting your weight toward the rear helps lift the nose of the board, making it easier to stay on top of the snow while reducing pressure on your back leg.
