How long will my order take to ship? 

We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If you select express shipping we will have your order shipped same day or next business day depending on when the order is placed. If you select regular shipping we will have your order shipped within 1-2 business days. 

I need my order fast, what do I do? 

We offer an Express shipping method which delivers Australia Wide in 1-3 business days. If you select express shipping and live in Perth in any of the postcodes listed below, you're more likely to receive your item faster.

Will I get a tracking number?

All orders are assigned a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

What happens if I'm not home when the order is delivered?

At checkout you will be given a choice of shipping methods. You can choose to give the courier authority to leave the item at your address if no one is home, or you can choose to have a signature required upon delivery. If you give the courier authority to leave the item at your address you accept all responsibility for the package. If you opt for a signature required delivery and no one is home to sign for the package, it will be taken back to a post office, depot, or it will be redelivered at a later date. You will receive a card with instructions on how to retrieve your package. Since most items we ship are high value, we recommend choosing our Signature Required shipping methods.

We can ship to anywhere within the Australia post network, so even if you're up at Perisher at Elevation 1720, we can get your order to you.
