The 2026 Jones Mountain Twin Pro is a lean and mean big brother to the Jones Mountain Twin. It is made with premium features that make it ride faster, pop higher, and keep it super stable on even the steepest terrain. Rocker in the nose and tail keep the board floating in deep snow, while the camber under your feet gives you a stable platform for hard and fast riding, whether you are riding in pow or hardpacked snow, and with the addition of the blunted tips you can not only experience a reduced swing rate when spinning, but it just begs to be blocked on side hit features. The Ultra Mountain Twin is the Mountain Twin on steroids, featuring a stiffer flex, faster base, ash veneer topsheet, and added Reclaimed Aerospace Carbon and Koroyd for increased torsional stiffness, reduced weight, more advanced traction tech edges, plus added stance options with the added freestyle/freeride pack. If you want to go slow and just cruise around the mountain, this is not the board for you, the Mountain Twin Pro is truely the next level in advanced snowboard tech .

Flex: 8/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)
Stiff snowboards are precise, responsive, and built for advanced riders tackling high speeds, steep terrain, or icy conditions. They deliver powerful turns, excellent edge hold, and enhanced stability, especially during aggressive riding.
Ability Level: Advanced
Advanced snowboards are stiffer and more responsive, designed for high-speed control, precision riding, and handling challenging terrain or tricks.
Shape: Directional Twin with Medium 3D Contour Base
A directional twin snowboard has a symmetrical shape but with a slightly shifted stance, making it ideal for riders who want the versatility of a twin for freestyle, with the added stability of a directional design. It performs well both regular and switch but excels in one direction, offering improved control on varied terrain.
An all-terrain 3D Contour Base with a 4mm spoon bevel in the nose and up to 4mm in the tail, starting just before the contact points.
Camber Type: CamRock
Jones' CamRock profile blends camber in between the bindings and rocker in the tip and tail. This profile enhances freestyle riding by being more playful while still having the pop, power, and response of camber.
Width: Standard, Wide
Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
Wide boards are for those with large boot sizes and provide extra flotation, reduced drag, and never feel clunky or cumbersome underfoot.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts
These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.

Laminate: Triax Fiberglass, Reclaimed Aerospace Carbon Stringer, Koroyd, with Bio Resin
A three-layer, multi-directional fiberglass laminate designed for a dynamic and controlled ride, providing a mid-stiff torsional flex and exceptional responsiveness across many snow conditions.
High-performance repurposed carbon stringers boost response, absorb chatter, and pack a powerful pop for a smooth yet lively ride.
Inspired by aerospace tech, adding Koroyd to the core provides the lightest dampening material available to be used in snowboards. It absorbs vibrations and lightens the tips for smoother, more effortless turns.
This plant based resin is more environmentally friendly than traditional petroleum based epoxy that has unmatched bonding properties for increased performance and less weight.

The Ultra Core is primarily made out of Paulownia with added pockets of Poplar to create this incredibly durable, poppy, and responsive core.
Sidewall: Recycled ABS Sidewalls
Jones makes their sidewalls out of a recycled ABS material with a round finish. This increases durability by deflecting impact away from the sidewall preventing chipping and cracks.
Edge: Recycled Edges
Made of recycled German steel, these bombproof edges are made to be the strongest and longest lasting on the market.
Base: Sintered 9900 Base
A high-performance sintered base infused with carbon for unbeatable speed, durability, and superior wax absorption.

We are a local, independently owned store and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds for returned items (this includes incorrect sizing), however we're happy to offer you a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:
Store credits, lasting up to 3 years, will be issued for the amount paid at time of purchase for the particular item being returned. They are issued via email in which you'll receive a 16 digit code that you can use at checkout online or in store.
Unfortunately stock levels vary and we are not able to stock all products in all sizes, which may result in your desired exchange product or size not being available. In the event that your desired exchange product is not in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Should you not want a credit or exchange, in extenuating circumstances Melbourne Snowboard Centre may issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
If your return is time sensitive, our regular returns policy applies and no refunds will be given if you purchase new items prior to returning original items.

When returning, please ensure you take care to protect the item and its original packaging. Damaged packaging or damaged products may result in a reduction in your credit, or a refusal of your return. Refused returns incur a minimum $10 return shipping fee (more for bulky items).

If you have received a faulty product or you feel the product you have been using is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact us and we can walk you through the appropriate steps to lodge a warranty claim. Please include photos of the item and issue so we can expedite the process. Find out more on our warranty page.
If you have received a damaged product (eg. damaged in transit), please send photos and a description of the damage within 7 days of receipt to web@melbournesnowboard.com.au, along with your order number and contact details. Damaged product claims do not apply after the item has been used.
Our packages are discounted to help you get on snow at a reasonable price. Due to this, if you get the wrong size we are happy to offer an exchange in size of the same product, but we do not accept returns for individual package items. If you would like to return one or more items in a package but not all items, you must return the entire package and re-purchase the remaining item at its advertised price.
