The 2023 Bataleon Beyond Medals is back and better than ever with an upgraded shape and construction for the 2023 season. By using the outline shape and construction of the fan favourite Whatever, Tor Lundstrom and the Beyond Medals crew have created a board that can handle whatever is thrown at it. It's directional twin shape with added 4x Backseat Inserts gives top tier performance on both groomers and in pow, and even loves a rail and jump line in the park thanks to the Medium Triple Base width and camber profile throughout the board. Catch free riding in the morning, easy pressing jibs in the afternoon, and cocktails in the evening, it doesn't get much better than that and is just how the Beyond Medals crew likes it.
Rider Level: Intermediate - Expert
Board Type: All Mountain
Camber Type: Medium Camber

All 3BT boards have a positive camber profile but vary in the degree of camber and uplift across the width of the board. The Beyond Medals has a Medium Camber Profile for predictable response, strong snap, and powerful pop.
Flex: 6/10 (1 = soft, 10 = stiff)
A mid flex for strong presses, stability at speed, responsive turns, and powerful pop.
Shape: Directional Twin 3BT
Bataleon's directional twin boards have a twin sidecut and contact area and a directional outline. These boards are shaped with evenly proportioned centre and side bases with medium uplift for the perfect balance for freestyle and freeriding.

Sidekick - Sidekick dramatically increases the amount of uplift just outside the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation smoother, enhances float, and improves handling in rough terrain.
Core: Light Core
The Light Core features 50/50 Swiss paulownia and poplar wood for a balanced core that's both strong and lively.
D.S.T. - The Dual Super Tube upgrade puts two hollow carbon rods in the bottom of the core, enhancing pop and putting more snap into the camber.
Carbon Stringers - This board has two carbon stringers running down the middle of the board from outside the inserts, putting extra lightweight power underfoot and through the centre of the board for better response and stability.
Biax Laminate - A two-way weave for a light, strong and playful feel that keeps the board snappy without being too stiff torsional.
Shock Walls - Urethane infused sidewalls that smooth out your ride and are more resistant to impact.
Base: Hyper Glide S
The Hyper Glide S base is the standard sintered base from Bataleon. Tough and fast, and even faster when you keep it waxed.
Mounting Pattern: 2x4 Inserts with 4x Backseat Inserts
