What is Click and Collect?
Click and Collect (or 'In Store Pickup') is an easy way to shop online and collect your order from Melbourne Snowboard Centre. Can't make it in store but want to make sure an item is here for you when you can come in? Buy online and choose in store pickup, we'll have it here waiting for you as soon as we can.
How to place a Click and Collect Order
- Shop online at melbournesnowboard.com.au, add your desired items to your cart, and then choose 'In Store Pickup' at the cart page.
- Proceed to checkout, input your payment details and your billing address, and follow all prompts to proceed
- Complete the purchase, then wait for an email saying your order is ready for collection
You will receive an order confirmation instantly, and will receive another email when your order is ready for collection. We endeavour to have orders ready for collection as soon as possible, however select items are stored offsite which may increase handling times.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SECURITY CODE BEFORE COMING TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
- A valid photo ID
- Your email stating that your order is ready for collection
- Your security Code: This will be delivered via email once your order is ready for collection
When you come in store, head straight to the front counter and our staff will validate your security code and ID and will then retrieve your order.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Click and Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase.
If your order has not been collected within 30 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued and the item(s) will be returned to stock.
We will send you a follow up email at 14 days and 29 days, and if your order has not been collected after this point it will be restocked and a store credit will be issued.
Can I make changes to a Click and Collect order?
You can, just make sure you give us a call or send us an email, or if you prefer, you can exchange items once collected.
